Go back to the Windows Explorer window where you have installed.

Open File Location (This should open C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\).

Navigate to wherever you have installed (In my case C:\Program Files (x86)\\.

Here was my fix, if none of the above solutions worked: So I have been struggling with this issue for a few months now, and have tried literally everything on the internet to resolve the problem.
